Project Settings: General and Appearance

Update your project name, upload a logo, set brand colors, and manage billing and domain configuration.

Project settings let you control the identity, appearance, and operational details of your project. Changes here affect both the internal platform experience and any public-facing pages associated with the project.

Where to find it

Projects → select a project → Settings

General settings

Settings → General

  1. Open Settings from the project sidebar, then select General.
  2. To rename the project, update the Project name field and save.
  3. To delete the project, scroll to the Danger zone section and click Delete project. You will be prompted to confirm by typing the project name. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All tournaments, circuits, and data inside the project will be deleted.

Appearance settings

Settings → Appearance

  1. Open Settings from the project sidebar, then select Appearance.
  2. Upload a logo by clicking the upload area and selecting an image file. The logo appears on public-facing pages and in participant-facing communications.
  3. Set brand colors to align tournament pages with your organization's visual identity.
  4. Save changes. The updated appearance is applied immediately to public project pages.

Other settings

  • Billing — Manage your subscription plan, view invoices, and update payment details. Navigate to Settings → Billing.
  • Domains — Configure a custom domain for your public tournament pages. Navigate to Settings → Domains.
  • Wellness — Configure wellness and mental health policies that apply to participants in your project's tournaments. Navigate to Settings → Wellness.
