Configure Wellness Settings for Your Program

Set play time limits, break reminders, and guardian rules to create a safer competition environment for your participants.

Wellness settings give organizers controls that promote healthier competition habits, particularly for programs that include younger or guardian-linked participants. You can enforce session duration limits, schedule automatic break reminders, and define communication boundaries — all configured per project. Once enabled, wellness data is available in the Wellness dashboard so you can monitor compliance across your events.

Where to find it

Projects → [Your Project] → Settings → Wellness

(projects/[id]/settings/wellness)

Step by step

  1. Go to Settings → Wellness.
  2. Toggle on the wellness features your program requires.
  3. Set the specific thresholds for each enabled feature (for example, maximum hours per session or minimum break duration).
  4. Click Save.

Monitoring wellness data

After enabling wellness features, navigate to Projects → [Your Project] → Wellness (projects/[id]/wellness/) to see real-time wellness activity.

Wellness → Analytics (projects/[id]/wellness/analytics) shows aggregate data including:

  • Average session length across participants
  • Break compliance rates
  • Participation patterns over time

Use this data to adjust your thresholds or report outcomes to guardians and program stakeholders.

What happens next

  • Wellness rules take effect immediately after saving and apply to all participants in the project.
  • Participants subject to play time limits receive in-platform notifications when they approach or reach their limit.
  • Guardian-linked participants trigger an approval request to the linked guardian account before they can register.

For managing who on your staff can adjust wellness settings, see Permissions and admins. For project-level team configuration, see Manage team and roles.
