Export Participants

Download participant and registration data as a CSV file for use in external tools or records.

You can export your participant or registration list to a CSV file at any point. This is useful for sharing the participant list with production staff, importing data into a bracket tool or spreadsheet, or keeping a record of registrations for an event.

Where to find it

Projects → [Project] → [Tournament] → Participants or Registrations

Step by step

  1. Navigate to the Participants list or the Registrations list, depending on what data you need.
  2. Apply filters if you only want a subset — for example, filter by Accepted status to export only confirmed participants.
  3. Click the Export button.
  4. Select the export format — CSV.
  5. Download the file. It opens in any spreadsheet application.

What the export includes:

  • Player name and contact information
  • Team information (for team tournaments)
  • Registration status
  • Custom field responses
  • Check-in status
  • Registration date

What happens next

  • Review custom fields if you need additional columns in your export — custom field responses are included automatically once fields are defined.
  • Return to manage registrations to accept or refuse any pending entries before exporting a final list.
