Manage Team and Roles

Invite team members to your project and assign the appropriate role to control what they can access and do.

Each project has its own team. You invite members individually, assign them a role that determines their permissions, and they gain access only to that project. Members accept the invitation via email before gaining access.

Where to find it

Projects → select a project → Settings → Team

Step by step

  1. Open Settings from the project sidebar, then select Team.
  2. Click Invite member.
  3. Enter the member's email address.
  4. Select a role from the dropdown (see role descriptions below).
  5. Click Send invite. The member receives an email with a link to accept the invitation.
  6. The member appears in the team list with a Pending status until they accept. Once accepted, their status changes to Active.

Roles
