Review your project's financial activity

The financial overview gives you a consolidated view of revenue, transactions, and payout activity across all tournaments in a project.

The Financials overview is the central dashboard for everything money-related in a project. It pulls together revenue from registration fees, marketplace activity, and payout disbursements so you can see the full picture without jumping between tournaments.

Where to find it

Projects → [Project] → Financials → Overview

Step by step

  1. Open the project from your dashboard.
  2. Click Financials in the left navigation.
  3. The Overview tab loads by default.
  4. Review the summary cards at the top of the page:
    • Total revenue — combined income across all tournaments in the project.
    • Recent transactions — registration fees collected, payout disbursements sent, and marketplace activity.
    • Pending payout requests — disbursements that have been approved but not yet processed.
    • Billing status — your current subscription plan and payment method status.
    • Financial blockers — any issues that must be resolved before payouts can proceed (for example, missing payout setup or unverified accounts).
  5. Click any summary card to drill into the relevant detail view.
  6. Navigate to Financials → Transactions for a full log of every financial event on the project.
  7. Navigate to Financials → Billing to manage your subscription plan or update your payment method.
