Create a Project

Learn how to create a new project, which is the top-level container for your tournaments, team members, circuits, and financials.

A project is the organizational unit that holds everything related to your competitive program — tournaments, team members, circuits, financials, and communication. You create one project per organization or program, then build everything else inside it.

Where to find it

Projects → Create project

Step by step

  1. Open the Projects section from the main navigation.
  2. Click Create project in the top-right corner.
  3. Enter a project name. Choose something that reflects your organization or program (e.g., "Apex Legends EMEA Open").
  4. Optionally add a description to give your team context about the project's purpose.
  5. Click Save. Your new project is created and you are taken to the project dashboard.

What happens next

After creating a project, set up your team and configure the project's identity before running any events.
