Manage Registrations

Review, accept, refuse, and bulk-manage player and team registrations for your tournament.

When registration is open, players and teams submit registration requests. These land in the Registrations list with a status of Pending. You review each one and either accept or refuse it. Accepted registrations become entries in the Participants list. If the tournament reaches capacity, any additional registrations are placed on a waitlist automatically.

Where to find it

Projects → [Project] → [Tournament] → Registrations

Step by step

  1. Filter the list by status — Pending, Accepted, Refused, or Waitlisted — to focus on the registrations that need action.
  2. Click any row to open the registration detail and review the player or team information, including any custom field responses.
  3. To accept a registration, click Accept. The participant receives an email confirmation and appears in the Participants list.
  4. To refuse a registration, click Refuse. The participant is notified using the refusal message you configured in registration settings.
  5. To act on multiple registrations at once, select them using the checkboxes, then click the bulk action button to accept or refuse all selected entries.
  6. To skip manual review entirely, enable Auto-accept under Settings → Registration. Registrations are accepted immediately on submission.

If the tournament is at capacity, new registrations go to the waitlist. To admit a waitlisted participant, open their registration and click Accept — this moves them to active and sends the confirmation email.

What happens next

  • Run check-in before your event starts to confirm which accepted participants will actually show up.
  • Use export to download the full participant list for production staff or external tools.
  • Adjust registration rules and the refusal message in the tournament registration settings.

Use and manage tournament templates

Start a tournament from a pre-configured template, or save your own event format as a reusable template for future use.
