Project Dashboard

Understand the project dashboard and what each section shows you.

The project dashboard is the home screen for a project. It gives you a live snapshot of your program's activity, participation volume, and operational status so you can monitor everything from one place.

Where to find it

Projects → select a project

Step by step

There are no actions required to access the dashboard — it loads automatically when you open a project. The sections below explain what each area shows.

  1. Summary cards — Display total tournaments in the project, currently live events, and upcoming scheduled events at a glance.
  2. Participant volume — Shows the number of registered participants across all tournaments in the project, updated in real time.
  3. Recent tournaments — A list of the most recently created or active tournaments with quick links to open them.
  4. Subscription status — Indicates your current plan and any usage limits relevant to the project.
  5. Quick actions — Shortcuts to common tasks such as creating a tournament or inviting a team member.
  6. Activity feed — A chronological log of changes and events inside the project. The full feed is available at Projects → [Project] → Activity.
